Item Availability
Here at Kitschy Katz availability and prompt service is our goal. In the
event a product is sold out sign up for "Notify Me" feature, and we will
email you as soon as the product is available for purchase.
Credit Cards
Please pay by Visa, Master Card or Discover credit cards.
Sales Tax
We will charge sales tax for those orders shipped to California.
Track Order
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been successfully
placed at KK online store. A shipping confirmation with your package's
tracking number will be sent to you from UPS, via e-mail once your order
has shipped. Then you can track the shipping status of your order at
UPS.com using a tracking number.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Kitschy Katz processes all domestic orders for in stock products within
2 business days. Orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS. We curently offer
only standard delivery. Standard delivery should be received within 5 to
9 business days.
International shipping is available. Please email us at customerservice@kitschykatz.com if you would like a shipping quote for International Shipping. All international
orders will be shipped via the most cost effective method. We will email
you the final shipping costs prior to shipping. We cannot deliver to P.O.
Boxes.
KITSCHY KATZ RETURN POLICY
At Kitschy Katz we want you to be happy and completely satisfied with our product, so if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you may return or exchange your item (s) within 14 days of receipt.
To return a product, please, contact us at returns@kitschykatz.com to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back to Kitschy Katz (no returns or exchanges will be issued without RMA number, so, please, write RMA number on the shipping package.)
PLEASE NOTE, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All Returns and Exchanges must be in good condition and in original packaging,
and shipped via a traceable method to the following address:

Please include your original (or a photo copy) of your invoice. If you
do not have it, please include your name, billing address and a phone number
where you can be reached along with your order number.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed
in the original form of payment within five business days. An e-mail confirmation
will be sent with the total dollar amount credited to your account. Please
allow additional time for your bank to further process and post the transaction.
